Studio Larum is an unregistered creative collaboration under Tvórcza Sp. z o.o.

2. Products and Orders

  1. The website presents physical products (mainly lighting and interior design items).
  2. Orders can currently be placed via email or WhatsApp only.
  3. Prices shown on the website include VAT (gross prices).
  4. The seller may introduce an online checkout system in the future.
  5. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment and Delivery

  1. Payments are made by bank transfer to the account provided by the seller.
  2. Deliveries are made via courier, parcel locker (InPost), or personal collection.
  3. International shipping is available.
  4. Delivery costs and times are agreed individually at the time of order.

4. Returns and Complaints

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  2. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Complaints related to product defects will be handled under the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Civil Code (warranty and liability for defects).
